Our website uses Matomo (formerly Piwik) for web analysis, a service of InnoCraft Ltd., 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand, NZBN 6106769, (“Matomo”) by means of cookie technology. This is a so-called web analysis service for the statistical evaluation of visitor access. Matomo uses “cookies”, text files placed on your computer, which enable us to analyse the use of the website. The following data is stored for each access/retrieval:
- Pages accessed/name of the file accessed
- Date and time of access
- IP address in abbreviated, anonymised form
- Operating system used
- Browser type/version
- Referrer URL (website from which you came to our site)
The collected data is stored and evaluated exclusively for statistical purposes and to improve our offer for you. The legal basis for the processing of personal data using technically necessary cookies within the meaning of Section 25 (2) TTDSG is Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. The information generated by the cookie of the Matomo analysis tool is not used in any other way or passed on to third parties. Your IP address is anonymised in this process immediately after processing and before storage, so that you as a user remain anonymous to us and no conclusions can be drawn about personal data.

When registering for the use of our personalized services, some personal information will be collected, such as name, address, contact and communication information, as well as telephone number and e-mail address. Provision of fee-based services
When providing fee-based services, we ask for additional information, e. g. payment data.
To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption techniques (such as SSL) over HTTPS.
When you sign up to receive our newsletter, the data you provide will be used exclusively for this purpose. Subscribers may also be notified by email about circumstances relevant to the service or registration (such as changes to the newsletter offer or technical conditions). For an effective registration, we need a valid e-mail address. In order to verify that an application is actually made by the owner of an e-mail address, we use the “Double opt-in” procedure. For this purpose, we record the order of the newsletter, the dispatch of a confirmation mail and the receipt of the requested answer. Further data is not collected. The data will be used exclusively for the newsletter and will not be passed on to third parties.

Deleting or blocking of personal information
We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. Therefore, we store your personal data only for as long as it is necessary to perform a service that you have requested or according to the manifold statutory storage periods envisaged by the legislator. After the specific purpose has ended, respectively after these periods have expired, the corresponding data will be blocked or deleted according to the legal requirements.
Embedded Youtube videos
On some of our websites we embed Youtube videos. The corresponding plug-ins are operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plug-in, it will connect to Youtube’s servers. Youtube will be informed which pages you visit. If you are logged into your Youtube account, Youtube can assign your surfing behavior to you personally. This can be prevented by logging out of your Youtube account beforehand.
Anyone who has disabled the storage of cookies for the Google Ad program will not have to expect such cookies when watching YouTube videos. Youtube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you want to prevent this, you must block the storage of cookies in the browser.
Your rights to information, correction, blocking, deletion and objection
You are entitled to receive information at any time regarding your personal data stored in our company. Likewise, you have the right to correct, block or, with the exception of legally required data storage for the purpose of conducting business, delete your personal data. In that case, please contact our data protection officer. Please use the contact details given at the end of this Privacy Statement. To be able to access blocked data at any time for control purposes, this data has to be kept in a lock file. You may also request the deletion of the data, as far as there is no statutory archiving obligation. If there is such an obligation, we block your data on demand. You can submit changes or the withdrawal of a permission to us, with effect for the future.
